Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund Premise:Within 7 days of receiving the product, if the product has non-human quality problems (such as functional failure, missing accessories, workmanship defects, etc.), and the product remains brand new, unopened, unused with complete packaging (including accessories, instructions, labels, etc.), you may apply for return or exchange; returns and exchanges are not accepted for human damage, private disassembly, wear and tear caused by use, and damaged packaging.


Return and Refund Time Limit:For quality problems, you need to contact customer service to submit an application within 7 days of receiving the goods, and send the goods back within 15 days, late applications will not be accepted.


Application Process:Contact store customer service → Provide order number + real photos/videos of product problems → Customer service review and approval → Send back the product → Warehouse inspection → Process return/exchange/refund.


Freight Instructions:For returns and exchanges due to non-human quality problems, the return freight shall be borne by us; for returns and exchanges due to subjective reasons without quality problems (such as personal dislike, wrong model purchased, etc.), you shall bear the round-trip freight by yourself, and the product must be in a brand new and unused condition.


Refund/Exchange Processing:After the warehouse inspects and approves the product, the exchanged product will be shipped within 3-5 working days, and the refund will be returned to your payment account by the original route within 1-3 working days. The specific arrival time shall be subject to the rules of the payment platform.


Special Notes:Intimate use accessories and activated smart devices (such as smart watches, smart glasses) are not eligible for return or exchange without quality problems; free gifts and customized products do not support return or exchange.


Liability Exemption:We shall not be liable for product problems caused by non-our reasons such as violent logistics transportation, improper personal operation, and third-party maintenance, but we can assist you in communicating and handling with relevant parties.
