Agreement Entry into Force：Your placement of an order to purchase products and use of our services on HGM Trading Private Limited shall be deemed as your reading, understanding and agreement to all the contents of this agreement and all store policies, which shall be binding on both you and us.

User Behavior：You promise to abide by the principle of good faith when using our services, and shall not engage in illegal, irregular and immoral acts such as malicious ordering, false refund, account theft and information leakage. If your improper acts cause losses to us, we have the right to pursue your relevant liabilities.

Product Description：The pictures, text, parameters and other information on the product detail page of the store are for reference only. There may be slight differences due to product batches, shooting light and other reasons. The actual product shall be subject to the physical product received.

Intellectual Property Rights：All contents on the official website of HGM Trading Private Limited (including but not limited to pictures, text, logos, designs, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights. Without our written authorization, no unit or individual may copy, disseminate, modify or use them without permission, otherwise we will pursue their legal liabilities.

Agreement Termination：If you violate this agreement and relevant store policies, we have the right to unilaterally terminate the agreement, freeze/cancel your account, refuse to provide services for you and pursue relevant losses.

Dispute Resolution：If a dispute arises between you and us regarding shopping services, it shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, it may be mediated through a third-party mediation institution.

Agreement Effectiveness：Matters not covered in this agreement shall be implemented with reference to other policies published on the official store website; if any clause of this agreement is deemed invalid, it shall not affect the validity of other clauses.
